Mealworms! Mealworms! Get your mealworms here!

With breeding season well underway both chickens and wild birds will benefit from a protein and calcium boost. Have you got your mealworms ready to go?

Our dried mealworms provide a protein rich treat that’s also a great source of natural vitamins, minerals and key nutrients that birds and reptiles need to thrive.

They are becoming increasingly popular amongst chicken owners in particular – they see just how happy their birds are when given a good feed of the crunchy snacks. Aviary birds love them too, especially the smaller species like finches and canaries, and reptile owners will see just how their pets like munching on a mealworm too.

There’s no need to try to catch your own, don’t open a can of worms. Instead, just open a pack of them. Find your local stockist here.

Mealworms also make up one third of the ingredients (along with dried crickets and dried grasshoppers) in our Insect Medley.
